Job DescriptionWe are hiring Non-Voice Customer Service Representatives / Content Moderators to join our growing team in Taguig City. This role is ideal for candidates who prefer non-voice work, focused on reviewing and moderating digital content while ensuring compliance with platform guidelines.
Responsibilities- Review and moderate user-generated content based on company policies.
- Identify and escalate inappropriate or policy-violating content.
- Accurately document actions taken using internal tools.
- Maintain quality, accuracy, and productivity standards.
- Follow confidentiality and data protection guidelines.
- At least High School (old curriculum) / Senior High School graduate (college level or graduates preferred).
- Minimum of 1 year customer service experience in shared services, BPO, or any related industry.
- Non-voice or content moderation experience is an advantage.
- Basic English communication and reading comprehension skills.
- Willing to work onsite in Taguig City.
- Amenable to shifting schedules and holidays.
- ₱23,500 monthly salary package.
