About the role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused professional to join our dynamic team as a Non-Voice (Chat & Email Support) Customer Service Representative. This is a full-time, permanent role based in our Alabang site, offering the flexibility of virtual work with one day on-site. As a key member of our Customer Service team, you will play a crucial part in delivering exceptional support to our valued clients.

What you'll be doing

  1. Providing prompt and professional customer service via chat and email channels
  2. Responding to customer inquiries, complaints, and requests in a timely and effective manner
  3. Troubleshooting and resolving customer issues with a focus on delivering a positive customer experience
  4. Accurately documenting customer interactions and maintaining detailed records
  5. Identifying opportunities for process improvements and providing feedback to management
  6. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer service delivery

What we're looking for

  1. Proven experience in a customer service or call centre role, preferably in a chat or email support capacity
  2. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to convey information clearly and concisely
  3. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically to resolve customer issues
  4. Proficiency in using customer service software and computer applications
  5. Excellent time management and multitasking abilities to handle multiple customer interactions simultaneously
  6. A positive, empathetic, and customer-centric attitude
  7. A high school diploma or equivalent, with additional customer service training or certifications an advantage
