About the role

We are seeking an exceptional NON-VOICE Customer Service - Financial Account professional to join our dynamic team at Talent Outsourcing Channel Solutions' in Commonwealth Quezon City Metro Manila. This is a full-time role with a fixed weekend off schedule.

What you'll be doing

  • Provide outstanding customer service to our financial services clients through non-voice channels such as email, chat, and social media
  • Respond to customer inquiries and requests in a timely and efficient manner
  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues with empathy and professionalism
  • Accurately document customer interactions and maintain detailed records
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer experiences
  • Continuously learn and stay up-to-date with product knowledge, policies, and industry regulations

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer service or call centre environment, preferably in the financial services industry
  • 2nd year College Completed - Open to starter (NO BPO experience applicant)

OR HS Grad-Atleast 6 months BPO experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information in a clear and concise manner
- Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills to identify and resolve customer issues
- Proficient in using computer systems and software, including CRM tools
- Ability to work effectively in a team and collaborate with colleagues
- Exceptional time management and multitasking skills to handle multiple customer interactions simultaneously
- Passionate about providing exceptional customer service and a genuine desire to help others
