Description

We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Senior IT Business Analyst with experience in the banking or fintech domain. You will play a critical role in bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions, ensuring that our financial technology products align with strategic goals, regulatory requirements, and customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements for financial applications and systems.
  • Translate complex business needs into clear, actionable functional specifications and user stories.
  • Lead workshops, stakeholder interviews, and solution walkthroughs.
  • Partner closely with product managers, developers, QA teams, and compliance to ensure alignment on deliverables.
  • Analyze and map business processes, data flows, and system integrations within a banking or fintech context.
  • Serve as a key liaison during UAT, troubleshooting, and validating solutions against business needs.
  • Support change management, training, and post-implementation reviews.
Requirements
Key Requirements
  • 7+ years of experience as an IT Business Analyst, with at least 3-5 years in banking or fintech.
  • Strong understanding of banking products and operations, such as payments, loans, digital banking, core banking systems, KYC/AML, etc.
  • Demonstrated ability to work with Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
  • Proficient in business process modeling, data mapping, and system analysis.
  • Skilled in tools like JIRA, Confluence, Visio, BPMN, SQL, and wireframing tools.
  • Solid understanding of regulatory requirements, data privacy, and risk in financial services.
  • Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
Nice to Have
  • Experience working with API integrations, mobile banking platforms, or open banking frameworks.
  • Background in project management, quality assurance, or technical writing.
  • Certifications such as CBAP, PMI-PBA, CSPO, or Scrum Master.
