What You'll Do:
- Work closely with clients and internal teams to understand business needs and translate them into clear, actionable requirements.
- Analyze workflows, data, and processes to identify opportunities for improvement and efficiency.
- Prepare Software Requirement Specifications (SRS), User Manuals, and Change Request Forms.
- Lead requirement-gathering sessions and ensure alignment between business objectives and technical solutions.
- Support project delivery through documentation, compliance checks, and post–go-live audits.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to complete RFPs, conduct proof of concepts, and deliver impactful product demonstrations.
- Partner with the Project Manager and Delivery Team to ensure smooth and timely project execution.
What We're Looking For:
- Proven experience in business analysis using use cases, user stories, process diagrams, and data flow diagrams.
- Minimum 2-3 years of proven business analyst experience is required.
- Strong background in requirements documentation and Agile methodologies.
- Excellent analytical thinking, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in the Banking, Finance, or Merchant/Payment industry is required.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in Banking, Finance, or Payment industry is required.
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or any related field.
Job Type: Fixed term
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: Php70, Php80,000.00 per month
