  • As a Senior Business Analyst for Deposits and Payroll, you will be responsible for analyzing and diagnosing specific areas of the business and providing actionable recommendations. As improvements are implemented, you will actively contribute your expertise across all phases of the initiative and help devise sustainable solutions.

Your deep understanding of the Deposits and Payroll domain will be instrumental in developing strategic improvement plans, identifying performance gaps, facilitating execution strategies, and ensuring long-term success. 

How you'll contribute 

  • Collect and analyze data to identify business issues and opportunities
  • Support the introduction of new systems and technologies to enhance business operations
  • Translate business requirements into functional specifications for technology solutions
  • Serve as the liaison between end-users and project teams, ensuring clear documentation and effective change management
  • Collaborate with technical teams and solution providers to review non-functional requirements and identify gaps
  • Build strong relationships with business leads, subject-matter experts, and project managers to guide strategic initiatives
  • Facilitate collaborative discussions to assess and refine business requirements
  • Help the business evaluate optimal solutions to current challenges and explore emerging technologies

What we're looking for

  • 5–10 years of experience in banking, financial services, or lending
  • Deep expertise in Deposits and Payroll products and operations
  • Proven ability to collaborate across diverse functional teams
  • Strong communication skills—listening, speaking, and presenting effectively
  • Hands-on experience in end-to-end system implementation projects within financial institutions
  • Experience managing both project-based and operational teams is a plus
