Senior Business Analyst

As a Senior Business Analyst for Credit Cards, you will be responsible for analyzing and diagnosing specific areas of the business and providing actionable recommendations. As improvements are implemented, you will actively contribute your expertise across all phases of the initiative and help devise sustainable solutions.

Your deep understanding of the credit card domain will be instrumental in developing strategic improvement plans, identifying performance gaps, facilitating execution strategies, and ensuring long-term success.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor of Science in IT or any related field.
  • 5–10 years of experience in banking, financial services, or lending.
  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in the financial services sector, with a focus on credit card products.
  • Strong understanding of credit card life cycle, payment processing, risk management, and compliance.
  • Experience with data analysis tools and ability to interpret complex datasets.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand and document business needs, objectives, and requirements related to credit card products.
  • Elicit the business requirements to complete the end-to-end business process.
  • Serve as the liaison between end-users and project teams, ensuring clear documentation and effective change management.
  • Support the development and launch of new credit card products, features, and promotions by providing detailed business requirements and user stories.
  • Collaborate with technical teams and solution providers to review non-functional requirements and identify gaps.
  • Build strong relationships with business leads, subject-matter experts, and project managers to guide strategic initiatives.
  • Facilitate collaborative discussions to assess and refine business requirements.

Schedule: Morning - Monday to Friday

Work set-up: Temporary WFH (2x a month onsite)

Location: Ayala Makati City

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php110, Php160,000.00 per month
