This role will be part of the newly formed Center of Excellence within the HR team and will report directly to the Deputy General Manager for HR. The position will act as the Subject Matter Expert, driving data-informed initiatives in Employee Relations, Employee Engagement, and Strategic Total Rewards.

Job Description:

Employee Relations

  • Conducts regular reviews of HR policies, processes, and the Employee Handbook, recommending updates based on insights and data from HR Operations
  • Provides guidance and training to HR Business Partners on administering employee discipline and upholding the company's Code of Conduct
  • Analyzes trends in employee infractions and offers actionable recommendations to enhance policy compliance
  • Delivers periodic refresher sessions to line supervisors, managers, and HR team members on updates to the Philippine Labor Code and compliance requirements
  • Designated nominee for the role of Data Privacy Officer for the organization
  • Conducts exit interviews, compiles and analyzes results, and develops data-driven employee retention strategies

Employee Engagement

  • Create an Employer Branding Strategy
  • Conducts and facilitates onboarding and employee orientation
  • Champion the company's 11 core values
  • Create the employee engagement framework of the company
  • Deploys the employee engagement survey, analyzes its results and provides focus areas to achieve employee engagement targets
  • Drive employee engagement activities and company events

Strategic Total Rewards

  • Conducts salary benchmarking for all position titles
  • Determines market value of each position
  • Evaluate and analyze salary structure and determine which employees salary are below market, at market and above market
  • Evaluates company benefits program
