Role Summary

is looking for a visionary learning experience designer and product leader to build the next generation of AI-augmented training programs for professionals and companies. This role sits at the intersection of instructional design, market research, technology, and innovation — ensuring that our programs are industry-relevant, modular, and built to scale.

You will lead the design, development, and continuous evolution of our curriculum and learning experiences, working closely with subject-matter experts (SMEs), AI tools, faculty, and corporate partners.

Key Responsibilities

Product & Program Strategy

  • Lead overall product strategy and innovation across B2C and B2B segments, driving new revenue streams, operational efficiency, and the adoption of shared best practices
  • Design modular, stackable, and adaptive certification programs across digital marketing, AI, creativity, and business transformation
  • Identify high-opportunity skills and trends using labor market data, industry insight, and competitor analysis
  • Define the learning architecture and experience across live, hybrid, and self-paced formats
  • Translate B2B client needs into customized learning journeys and internal academy offerings

Curriculum Design & Innovation

  • Build up and collaborate with faculty and AI tools to co-create course content (decks, activities, assessments)
  • Maintain curriculum quality, coherence, and industry alignment
  • Improve programs based on learner feedback, performance data, and client input

Content Operations

  • Leverage tools to streamline content development and QA
  • Evaluate new learning technologies for integration

Stakeholder Collaboration + Team Management

  • Manage team members in product development and experience, and across retail and B2B product categories
  • Co-create programs with corporate partners and faculty
  • Work with the Operations team to ensure execution aligns with design objectives
  • Uphold customer satisfaction standards to drive repeat customers and long term corporate partnerships
  • Work with Sales and Marketing teams to ensure alignment between product and market demand
  • Support faculty by providing guides, teaching rubrics, and tools

Must-Haves:

  • 5+ years in product strategy & innovation in technology, education, professional training, consulting, media, fintech, or other knowledge-driven industries.
  • Experience developing high-engagement programs, products, or services — ideally with some exposure to learning or capability-building initiatives.
  • Familiarity with both live and self-paced program formats.
  • Ability to design clear user or learner journeys that drive measurable outcomes.
  • Proficient with AI tools for content creation and workflow automation.
  • Excellent project management and stakeholder coordination skills.
