We are looking for a visionary Product & Curriculum Innovation Head to lead the creation of the next generation of AI-augmented learning programs for professionals and organizations.

This role combines instructional design, product strategy, technology, and innovation, ensuring that our programs remain industry-relevant, scalable, and future-ready. You'll design and evolve learning experiences that empower individuals and teams to thrive in a rapidly changing digital landscape.


Product & Program Strategy

  • Lead the overall product strategy and innovation across B2C and B2B learning programs.
  • Design modular, stackable, and adaptive certification programs across digital marketing, AI, creativity, and business transformation.
  • Identify high-demand skills and trends using labor market data, industry insights, and competitor analysis.
  • Define learner experiences across live, hybrid, and self-paced formats.
  • Translate B2B client needs into customized learning journeys and internal academy offerings.

Curriculum Design & Innovation

  • Collaborate with faculty, subject-matter experts, and AI tools to co-create course content and assessments.
  • Maintain curriculum quality, coherence, and relevance.
  • Continuously improve programs using learner feedback, performance data, and client insights.

Content Operations

  • Streamline content development and QA through the use of modern tools.
  • Evaluate and integrate emerging learning technologies.

Stakeholder Collaboration & Team Management

  • Manage a small team (1–2 FTEs + consultants) across product and learning experience functions.
  • Partner with corporate clients, faculty, and internal teams to co-create impactful programs.
  • Ensure strong alignment between product development, operations, sales, and marketing.
  • Support faculty through clear guides, rubrics, and tools to ensure consistent delivery quality.

Qualifications
  • 5+ years' experience in product strategy, innovation, or learning design in industries like tech, education, consulting, fintech, or media.
  • Proven experience developing high-engagement programs, products, or services.
  • Familiarity with both live and self-paced learning formats.
  • Strong ability to design user or learner journeys with measurable outcomes.
  • Proficiency with AI tools for content generation and workflow automation.
  • Excellent project management and stakeholder coordination skills.
Nice-to-Haves:
  • Experience in corporate training or B2B learning and development.
  • Familiarity with LMS platforms and digital learning ecosystems.
  • Background in digital marketing, AI, or creative industries.
  • Demonstrated thought leadership through writing, speaking, or publishing.
