Overview

This role combines a passion for education with creative design, directly shaping how children learn and grow. As an Educational Content Designer, you will transform AI-generated curriculum materials into visually appealing, pedagogically sound learning content using your educational expertise and design skills. You'll ensure the curriculum meets the highest educational standards while producing engaging materials that inspire learning. This position offers the opportunity to help build over 100 days of comprehensive curriculum content in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.


Job Highlights

Monthly Rate: Php 40,000+

Number of Paid Hours Per Week: 40 hours

Schedule: Monday to Friday, Flexible hours (must be available during some EST hours)

Work Arrangement: Work from home

Contract: Independent Contractor

Side Note:

Since this is a permanent work-from-home position and the arrangement is that of an Independent Contractor, the selected candidates must have their own computer and internet connection. They will handle their own benefits and taxes. The professional fees are based on hourly rates and depend on performance during the application process.


Responsibilities

  • Transform digital curriculum content into visually appealing, educational designs using Canva.
  • Review and enhance AI-generated educational content to ensure accuracy, effectiveness, and adherence to educational standards.
  • Ensure logical content flow and alignment with learning objectives.
  • Create engaging visual layouts and designs that improve student learning experiences.
  • Modify examples, activities, and materials to accommodate diverse educational needs.
  • Follow established style guides and maintain consistency across materials.
  • Complete daily curriculum packages requiring 10–12 hours of focused content development.
  • Participate in collaborative quality review sessions and implement feedback effectively.
  • Contribute to the development of internal style guides and educational quality standards.

Requirements

  • Educational background or teaching experience required (degree in Education preferred).
  • Strong graphic design skills with proficiency in Canva.
  • Deep understanding of curriculum development, educational standards, and learning theory.
  • Proven ability to evaluate and enhance educational content for maximum effectiveness.
  • Experience in content management, data entry, and digital curriculum development.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and strong quality control skills.
  • Ability to work independently while following established guidelines and standards.
  • Excellent proofreading and content editing skills.
  • Experience working collaboratively in educational environments.
  • Passion for creating high-quality materials that positively impact student learning.
