Job Summary
We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented
Operations Specialist
to support our logistics workflow and contract administration. This role is vital in keeping our shipping activities running efficiently, ensuring accurate documentation, and managing contract-related processes to uphold smooth and effective business operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor shipment schedules, ensuring on-time delivery and clear communication with internal teams and external partners.
  • Prepare, organize, and regularly update shipping documents and key logistics performance data.
  • Assist with drafting, reviewing, and tracking contracts to ensure alignment with internal standards and deadlines.
  • Provide day-to-day administrative support across logistics, shipping tasks, and document management.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external service providers to promptly address delays, issues, or workflow challenges.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Logistics, Business Administration, or a related discipline preferred.
  • Previous experience in logistics support, contract coordination, or shipping operations is an advantage but not essential.
  • Strong organizational skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel, and comfort with general office software.
  • Excellent communication abilities, with a proactive, collaborative, and solution-oriented approach.
