Job summary:

We are seeking an experienced Lazada Specialist to drive sales growth and manage our brand's presence on the platform. The ideal candidate will be proficient in store operations, data analysis, and advertising optimization, with strong communication skills to secure platform resources. Prior experience in relevant industries and proven success on Lazada are highly valued.

Lazada Operator Specialist Key Responsibilities:

  1. Drive sales growth through product portfolio, pricing, and campaign management.

  2. Manage and optimize Lazada Ads (Sponsored Search/Discovery) to maximize ROAS.

  3. Strategically nominate products for key visibility spots like flash sales and category features.

  4. Ensure all store activities and listings comply with Lazada's platform policies.

  5. Communicate with Lazada Platform Managers to align strategies and report performance.

  6. Negotiate with platform managers to secure marketing resources and support (e.g., vouchers, co-marketing).

Qualifications:

  1. College Graduate: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field is preferred.
  2. Proven experience in Lazada platformoperations.
  3. Experience in a specific industry relevant to our brand (Mom & Baby) is preferred.
  4. Have worked in Lazada or operated Lazada shops is preferred.

Competencies and Skills:

  1. Hard Skills: Proficiency in Lazada Seller Center operations, data analysis, advertising deployment and optimization.
  2. Soft Skills: Exceptional communication and negotiation abilities, strong execution capabilities, and keen problem-solving skills.
  3. Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with industry trends and consumer demands in relevant categories (e.g., Mom & Baby).
