Job Summary

We are looking for a reliable and organized Operation Specialist member to provide essential support in our shipping operations and contract management processes. This position plays a key role in ensuring efficient logistics coordination, accurate recordkeeping, and smooth handling of contractual documentation to maintain effective business operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee and track shipping timelines to ensure prompt delivery and effective communication with relevant departments and partners.
  • Create, maintain, and update documentation related to shipping tickets and key logistics performance metrics.
  • Support the drafting, review, and tracking of contracts to ensure compliance with company requirements and timelines.
  • Provide general administrative assistance for daily logistics, shipping procedures, and document management tasks.
  • Coordinate with various departments and third-party providers (including couriers and freight forwarders) to resolve delays, discrepancies, or workflow concerns efficiently.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field is preferred.
  • Experience in logistics administration, contract handling, or shipping coordination is beneficial but not mandatory.
  • Strong organizational abilities with exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (particularly Excel and Word) and familiarity with standard office software.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills with a proactive and team-oriented mindset.
