Job Description:

  • Sell or market wines to clients according to their personal needs

  • Responsible for taking care of wine selection in the store

  • Help in food service during service hours

  • Builds and maintains the wine list according to the needs of the establishment

  • Able to recommend to clients - wine and food pairings

  • Provides customers with quick and accurate service

  • Prepares and serves quality food and beverages

Job Qualifications:

  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Food & Beverage Services Management or equivalent

  • WSET Level 2

  • Previous experience as a sommelier, wine steward, or in a hospitality role

  • Extensive knowledge on wines and regions of the different types including food services

  • With knowledge in using the POS Software

  • Interest in wines and food

  • Organized, meticulous and with good communication skills

  • Can communicate fluently in English language
