Wine Sommelier Position – Team Development and Excellence

We are seeking a skilled professional to act as a key role in team development, wine education, and operational excellence. This position is ideal for someone passionate about wine education and eager to elevate both team capabilities and customer experience strategically.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver effective on-site training sessions and wine demonstrations to the internal team.
  • Collaborate with the leadership team to ensure product understanding aligns with company goals.
  • Office admin tasks related to wine operations.
Requirements
  • Fluent English (spoken and written).
  • Preferably WSET Level 3 certified.
  • Based in Cebu City or available to work on-site.
  • 1–3 years of experience in the wine or hospitality industry.
  • Strong Wine knowledge and confident presentation skills.
  • Experience in training or customer-facing roles in hospitality/wine.
  • Proactive, collaborative, and comfortable working with top management.
