we is seeking an experienced butler to facilitate and elevate operations at a private household in FORBES PARK, MAKATI CITY. The butler will work with a team of staff to provide excellent service to a luxury household. Responsibilities include managing the cleaning and cooking staff, organizing household schedules, assisting with the maintenance of inventory, and receiving guests. Our ideal candidate will demonstrate a strong attention to detail and multitasking abilities.

Objectives of this role

  • Provide exceptional service and facilitate general household operations
  • Maintain and organize household schedule and inventory
  • Work with staff to promote a friendly, secure, and professional work environment
  • Meet the everyday needs of household members
  • Apply general cleaning and maintenance skills toward various projects

Responsibilities

  • Manage cleaning staff to ensure all residential areas are kept clean and organized
  • Run routine errands such as grocery shopping
  • Assist with daily household duties such as answering phone calls, and feeding pets
  • Receive and greet guests and family members upon arrival
  • Collaborate with cooking staff to plan meals and create weekly grocery lists
  • Set and serve dinner for family and guests

Skills and qualifications

  • Previous experience in household management or hospitality
  • Catering or fine dining service experience
  • General knowledge of household appliance operations and functions
  • Flexible weekend and nighttime availability
  • Detail-oriented and strong multitasking abilities

Preferred qualifications

  • High school or equivalent educational experience
  • Familiarity with pets is a plus
  • Can communicate well in English
  • willing to work with foreigner bosses
  • Experience with sommelier services such as the opening and presenting of different wine varieties
  • Familiarity with smart home equipment systems
  • Superior time-management skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php25, Php30,000.00 per month
