Responsible for overseeing and elevating the wine experience within a hospitality setting. This includes managing the wine list, making pairing recommendations, training service staff, and maintaining proper storage and inventory. The sommelier plays a crucial role in enhancing guest satisfaction through expert wine knowledge and service.

Key Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Wine Sommelier or similar role
  • Strong knowledge of global wine regions, varietals, and food pairings
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Experience in wine list development and inventory control
  • Certification in wine studies is an advantage; WSET Level 2 or higher is a plus
  • Willing to be assigned in Quezon City (Opus, Bridgetowne)
  • Will be one of the Pioneer
  • Can start ASAP
