What You'll Do:

  • Welcome and engage with guests, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere.
  • Provide expert guidance on wine selections to complement food choices.
  • Serve wine and beverages with professionalism and attention to detail.
  • Educate guests about wine origins, flavor profiles, and pairing suggestions.
  • Assist with maintaining wine inventory and ensuring proper storage.
  • Set up and maintain a clean, organized wine service area.
  • Handle customer inquiries and feedback professionally and promptly.

What We're Looking For:

  • Previous experience in wine service, sommelier training, or a similar role is a plus.
  • Strong knowledge of wine varietals, regions, and pairing principles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A passion for wine, food, and hospitality.
  • Ability to multitask in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Certification in wine education (e.g., WSET, CMS) is an advantage but not required.
