Responsibilities Enhances the human resources department by planning, implementing, and evaluating employee relations, recruitment, interviews, training and development for employees. Familiar with employment act and labor relevant laws policies and regulations. Oversees the daily workflow and assign tasks for the department; handles discipline and termination of employees in accordance with company policy. Explain payroll rules and resolve problems; knowledgeable about payment for SSS, Pag-IBIG, and PhilHealth. Check attendance and handle incomplete time in/out for payroll. Sourcing, screening and placement of required positions, including documentation & tracking of employment or movements of hired personnel. Monitor and maintain accrued vacation, sick, holiday, and other types of employee leave. Prepares employees for assignment by establishing and conducting orientation and training programs. Work at our office address: 234 Casal Street, San Miguel, Manila, near Makati President office area. For interview purposes, please prepare any valid ID. Better to provide updated CV and Certificate of Employment from previous company. Qualifications Graduate of any Human Resources or Psychology courses. At least 1 to 2 years of related work experience. Good oral and written communication skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications. Possess integrity and employee maturity in handling confidential information. Must be keen to details, organized, and can multi-task. Effective interpersonal skills.
