  • Prepares and handles the collection process of the customers (e.g. Special Account, Conglomerate and Grouped Accounts, monitor payment behavior of accounts and new payment options (e.g. Over the counter, Electronic Transfer, Etc.)
  • Assists and recommends enhancement in the information system (CMS-RES) to improve management of the payment process
  • Prepares the delivery of bills, disconnection notices, demand letters, collection/demand letters, and process-related documents, validates and monitors the accuracy of documents delivered by messengerial Contractors
  • Prepares and Monitors the payment to messengerial contractors, and special documents (PEZA/COR/Payments Documents/Transfer of Security Deposit letter)
  • Handling the receipt, reconciliation, and monitoring of payment documents, prepares and handles Certificate of Registration form 2303 for the newly switched customer, prepares and updates Collection of Security Deposit
  • Handles grouped accounts and special accounts, identifies, monitors, and updates services included in grouped and special accounts, reviews and manages conglomerate billing for grouped accounts, including timely delivery of bills to grouped accounts
  • Posting of Payments of the customers, special accounts, etc. to CMS -RES, Validating the payment transaction based on the bank statement, Formatting the payment transaction in preparation for uploading to the Customer Management System
  • Preparation and printing of Official Receipt issued to Vantage Customer, Answering emails to all customer's inquiries and concerns, and Preparing letters for the non-payment of bills to customers
  • Any task that may be assigned related to Payment Specialist function.
