Shifting Schedule: Rotational | Shifting with graveyard shift
Work Set up: Hybrid set up 3x Onsite and 2x WFH per Week
Location: One Corporate Centre - Julia Vargas Avenue, Meralco Ave, Ortigas Center, Pasig, Metro
Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer's enquiries through intercom, toll free number, email relating to information and fault calls/emails, resolving as many queries as possible on the first interaction.
- Logging and classifying all calls and requests to be collated and reported daily.
- Compile reports accurately and within customer deadlines.
- Filter enquiries and escalate issues to the assigned partners if needed to provide accurate resolution.
- Track enquiry resolution progress and proactively call/email customers with a status update or resolution if queries cannot be resolved during the first interaction.
Requirements:
- At least 2-3 years' experience in a customer service or contact center environment required
- At least 2-3 years' experience in assisting AU/US/NZ customers preferred
- Subject Matter Expert or higher on previous role is an advantage.
- Ability to communicate and engage effectively, verbally and in writing, with customers and clients
- Remote monitoring / parking industry experience is an advantage (but not required)
- Ability to use and learn proprietary software systems (Sim PRO or other ticketing system experience is a plus)
- Intermediate to advanced skills on Microsoft office (MS office and Call Tracking Tools).
