Job Purpose:

Deliver exceptional customer care across all online and offline channels. Handle inquiries, order issues, and after-sales concerns while maintaining accurate records and ensuring every customer interaction reflects the brand's commitment to quality and service.

Responsibilities:

Customer Support

  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, chat, email, and phone.
  • Handle return, refund, and replacement requests in line with company policies.
  • Provide product information, beauty tips, and basic troubleshooting to enhance the customer's experience.

Order & Complaint Resolution

  • Coordinate with E-commerce, Warehouse, and Logistics teams to resolve order delays, damaged items, or missing shipments.
  • Proactively update customers on issue status until resolution.

Data & Reporting

  • Maintain detailed, accurate records of customer interactions using spreadsheets and internal trackers.
  • Prepare daily and weekly reports on ticket volume, resolution time, and recurring concerns to identify improvement areas.

Process Improvement & Brand Voice

  • Recommend process enhancements to reduce repetitive issues and improve response time.
  • Ensure all communications consistently represent the Chuchu Beauty tone and brand values.

Cross-functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with Marketing for promo-related concerns and with Product teams for product feedback and FAQs.
  • Support campaigns and special projects that require customer communication.

Key Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in any field; fresh graduates with strong customer-service orientation are welcome.
  • At least 1–2 years of customer service experience (e-commerce or beauty/retail industry preferred).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English and Filipino).
  • Strong empathy, patience, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in Google Sheets/Excel and comfortable with chat/email support tools.
  • Able to work flexible shifts including weekends or holidays if needed.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php25, Php30,000.00 per month
