What We're Looking For:

Key Areas of Accountability

Administration / Office Support

• Data entry - ensure accuracy of details entered for sales orders, quotations, free text credits and RMA's

• System housekeeping by ensuring the regular and timely completion of actions as per the Periodic Task List.

• Uphold data integrity and service standards

• Completing backorder reports to be shared with Sales representatives

Teamwork

• Be proactive within the Alspec team providing good support, morale, passion and a fun environment to work in

• Provide back-up support for any position within the Branch when required (subject to relevant skills and knowledge of the role)

• Maintain all company equipment in your care to a high standard of excellence reflecting the company brand, image and quality

Core Skills & Competencies

• Strong communication, literacy and numeracy skills

• Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office and associated applications

• Reliable attendance

• Experience working within a Customer Service Team

• Enthusiastic and motivated personality that is team focused

• Flexible, proactive attitude to work with a willingness to constantly review and improve skills and processes

• Strong organisational skills and an eye for detail

• Time management
