The main role of the Customer Advisor is to ensure that every customer interaction results in a very positive experience that will translate to sales, customer loyalty and growth in customer base. With the Company's focus on homegrown leadership, the Customer Advisor position performs a wide variety of functions including sales, merchandising, inventory control, cashiering and other operational tasks.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree: Must have; required
- Customer Service: Providing friendly and helpful service to customers.
- Communication Skills: Clear and effective communication with customers and other team members.
- Attention to Detail: Ensuring accuracy in transactions and handling cash properly.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment: Handling a high volume of transactions efficiently.
Additional details:
- Direct-hire; Permanent engagement
- Head office: Libis, Quezon City
- Store location: South, Alabang Town Center, Festival Mall, MOA, North, Makati/BGC, Central Luzon, Visayas-Mindanao
- Dayshift/8hrs duty
- 5 days work week
- Open to fresh graduates
