JOB SUMMARY:

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Deliver a welcoming and engaging customer experience from the moment shoppers walk in
• Understand customer needs and recommend products that match their preferences
• Accurately complete transactions using the POS system
• Keep store displays tidy, visually appealing, and fully stocked
• Reach or exceed individual and team sales goals through effective selling strategies
• Contribute to in-store promotions and support the creation of content for social media platforms
• Provide top-notch after-sales service to maintain strong customer relationships
• Prepare and submit sales summaries and activity reports regularly
• Assist with store operations and collaborate with leadership on team objectives
• Help onboard and guide new team members to promote a supportive work environment

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

• At least 2 years of experience in a retail sales role (required)
• Excellent communication and people skills
• Familiar with Microsoft Office applications, especially Word and Excel
• Comfortable interacting with customers on platforms like Facebook and Instagram
• Bonus if you have experience with online selling or live streaming

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:

• Must be available to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays
• Willing to cover shifts or assist at other store branches when needed
• Dependable, team-oriented, and able to adapt in a fast-moving retail setting

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to Php695.00 per day
