Brand Marketing Officer

We are looking for a motivated and creative Brand Marketing Officer to support the growth and visibility of our brand across various platforms. This role will assist in implementing marketing initiatives, coordinating brand activities, and creating engaging content that connects with our target market, particularly within the construction and development industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Brand Support & Execution

  • Assist in implementing branding strategies aligned with company goals.
  • Ensure brand identity is consistently applied across marketing materials and platforms.

Partnerships & Collaborations

  • Coordinate with industry partners, suppliers, and organizations for joint initiatives.
  • Support co-branding and sponsorship activities.

Brand Launches

  • Assist in planning and executing product/brand launches.
  • Work with sales, operations, and creative teams to support go-to-market activities.

Content Marketing

  • Contribute to content creation for digital platforms, brochures, videos, social media, and press releases.
  • Collaborate with creative and media teams to deliver engaging and informative content.

Community Engagement

  • Support community-building initiatives through events, social media, and other platforms.
  • Help monitor brand sentiment and respond to feedback under guidance.

Promotions & Campaigns

  • Assist in the implementation and monitoring of promotional campaigns.
  • Track campaign performance and prepare basic reports for optimization

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
  • At least 1–2 years of experience in marketing, branding, or related functions.
  • Preferably with exposure to the construction or related industries.

Skills & Competencies:

  • Knowledge of brand marketing and content creation.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Creative and detail-oriented with good organizational skills.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing tools (Google Suite, Canva/Adobe, Meta Ads, CRM tools).
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Preferred:

  • Awareness of construction trends and industry practices.
  • Experience in coordinating with external partners and creative teams.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From Php25,000.00 per month
