Is this you?

At least 5–7 years' experience in sales and marketing (retail, e-comm, or agency background gets you pogi/ganda points)

Minimum 3 years of leading a team—kaya mong mag-manage ng tao at ng mood-swings, hindi lang ng deadlines

Kaya mong mag-strategize with data
at
makipag-chika with clients, influencers, and partners

Marunong mag-lead ng team na hindi lang yes boss, but yes, let's go boss

Allergic sa "pwede na" results—lagi kang nagha-hanap ng next growth hack

Fluent sa English and Filipino (walang nosebleed pls)

G ka sa brainstorms, pitches, and maybe even karaoke nights

Believer ka na sales + creativity + purpose =

Drive sales growth and retention (a.k.a. the cha-ching)

Lead the marketing team + agencies para smooth ang execution

Manage campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Lazada, Shopee, and Google

Keep budgets in check pero results on fire

Spot market trends faster than you spot traffic in EDSA

Collaborate with other departments to make sure lahat aligned to win

Work in Bicutan, Parañaque (pero minsan pwede rin sa kapehan )
