Job Summary

Height Realty Inc. is looking for a Sales and Marketing Secretary to provide administrative and clerical support to our Sales and Marketing Department. This role ensures smooth daily operations, proper documentation, and effective coordination with clients, brokers, and the internal team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the VP's schedule, set appointments, and arrange meetings.
  • Prepare and organize sales and marketing documents, reports, and correspondence.
  • Maintain both digital and physical filing systems for contracts and client records.
  • Draft letters, memos, proposals, and meeting minutes when required.
  • Assist in preparing sales presentations, proposals, and marketing materials.
  • Support marketing campaigns, events, and activities.
  • Monitor and update sales records, client databases, and reports.
  • Prepare regular sales and marketing performance reports.
  • Handle calls, emails, and client inquiries for the department.
  • Coordinate with brokers, clients, and external partners.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Office Administration, or related field.
  • At least 1–2 years of experience in administrative, secretarial, or sales/marketing support (real estate or client-facing role preferred).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; confident in dealing with clients.
  • Presentable and professional appearance, suitable for client-facing responsibilities.
  • Proactive, adaptable, and able to work with minimal supervision.
