CJC Clothing is seeking a highly skilled and results-driven Marketing Manager to lead the marketing strategies and campaigns for our jeans line. The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing innovative marketing plans, strengthening brand visibility, and driving sales growth through both traditional and digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote CJC Clothing's jeans line and strengthen brand identity.
  • Conduct market research and analyze consumer trends to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Plan and execute advertising campaigns, promotional activities, and product launches.
  • Manage social media platforms, digital marketing initiatives, and influencer partnerships.
  • Coordinate with the sales team to align marketing strategies with sales objectives.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns and adjust strategies as needed.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key industry partners and stakeholders.
  • Lead the marketing team in achieving targets and ensuring consistent brand messaging.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Marketing Manager or in a similar role, preferably in the fashion or retail industry.
  • Strong knowledge of marketing principles, branding, and consumer behavior.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools, analytics, and social media management.
  • Creative, strategic thinker with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
