SALES AND MARKETING ASSOCIATE

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Raquel Abbas Pharmaceuticals & General Merchandise is seeking a Sales and Marketing Associate who will be responsible for promoting Royale Life Pharma products — to a wide range of clients through online marketing, fieldwork, and client visits.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Promote and market Royale Life Pharma products to pharmacies, clinics, hospitals, and other establishments.
  • Conduct online promotions, field activities, and client visits to increase brand visibility and sales.
  • Develop new client accounts and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing customers.
  • Arrange meetings and product presentations with potential clients and distribute product samples.
  • Handle and enhance the company's social media presence to strengthen product visibility.
  • Manage customer inquiries regarding products and provide excellent after-sales support.
  • Ensure accurate and timely updates of sales and client transaction records.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify new market opportunities and support business growth.
  • Deliver and uphold a high standard of customer service and professionalism.
  • Perform other sales and marketing duties as assigned.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Pharmacy, or any related field.
  • At least 1 year of experience in sales or marketing, preferably in pharmaceuticals or consumables.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Goal-oriented, enthusiastic, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
  • Highly creative, reliable, and self-motivated.
  • Proficient in social media marketing and online customer engagement.
  • Willing to travel for fieldwork and client visits.
  • Can work overtime if necessary.
  • Knowledge of pharmaceutical products is an advantage.
