Talent Acquisition Specialist

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for Ecommerce and creative roles, including product managers, marketers, designers, copywriters, and more.
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies to attract high-quality candidates through platforms like LinkedIn, job boards, social media, and creative networks.
- Identify and engage passive candidates globally using innovative sourcing techniques.
- Conduct thorough screening to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and provide guidance on recruitment strategies.
- Manage the recruitment process in a fully remote environment, ensuring seamless communication and coordination across time zones.
- Build and maintain a talent pipeline to meet current and future hiring needs.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in recruiting for Ecommerce and creative roles.
- Expertise in sourcing techniques, including Boolean searches, social recruiting, and talent mapping.
- Strong background in global recruitment and experience with hiring in remote settings.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships across cultures and time zones.
- Independent and proactive, capable of managing the entire recruitment process with minimal supervision.
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and remote collaboration tools.
Preferred Skills:
- Understanding of the Ecommerce industry and creative talent market.
- Knowledge of diversity and inclusion best practices in recruitment.
- Ability to analyze hiring data to improve processes and strategies.
