Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Specialist & Recruitment Team Lead to manage end-to-end recruitment and oversee hiring operations. This role blends hands-on candidate sourcing with leadership responsibilities, ensuring seamless coordination between clients and internal teams. The ideal candidate thrives in a dynamic environment, demonstrates strong communication and organizational skills, and can effectively balance recruitment execution with team management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the full recruitment cycle—from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews and onboarding.
  • Supervise and mentor a small team of recruiters or assistants to achieve hiring targets.
  • Maintain close communication with clients, providing regular updates on hiring progress and candidate pipelines.
  • Assist in administrative functions including scheduling, database updates, and candidate follow-ups.
  • Collaborate with management to refine recruitment strategies and improve operational efficiency.
  • Generate and analyze recruitment reports to track key performance indicators.

  • Proven experience in recruitment, HR coordination, or client management (required).
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
  • Proficiency with online recruitment tools, spreadsheets, and project management platforms.
