About the role

GLOBAL HOSPITALITY PLACEMENT AGENCY PHILIPPINES CORPORATION' is seeking a Logistics Account Associate to join our team in Metro Manila. This is a full-time position that will play a key role in supporting our warehousing, storage and distribution operations.

What you'll be doing

  • Manage and coordinate logistics activities to ensure the timely and efficient movement of goods
  • Liaise with clients, suppliers and carriers to address any issues or concerns
  • Prepare and process shipping documentation, including invoices, waybills and customs paperwork
  • Monitor inventory levels and stock movements, and report on any discrepancies
  • Assist with the planning and scheduling of transportation and warehousing activities
  • Provide administrative support to the logistics team as required

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a logistics or supply chain role
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with clients and stakeholders
  • Excellent organisational and time management abilities to juggle multiple tasks and priorities
  • Proficient in using logistics and inventory management software
  • Good problem-solving and analytical skills to identify and resolve issues
  • Understanding of warehousing, transportation and distribution operations
  • Familiarity with relevant industry regulations and compliance requirements
