Job Description

Will oversee both the operational and financial performance of the company's importation activities. This role ensures that all inbound shipments are efficiently monitored, costs are accurately tracked, and financial performance is regularly analyzed and reported to management.

Will develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) across logistics and finance functions, ensuring alignment with company goals. They will be responsible for planning, cost control, profitability reporting, and coordinating with accounting, operations, and management to maintain accuracy and transparency in all financial matters.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee and monitor all importation and shipment activities from end to end.
  • Track landed costs, supplier payments, and financial performance of each shipment or project.
  • Create, analyze, and monitor KPIs to measure efficiency, profitability, and performance of logistics operations.
  • Prepare and present regular financial reports, including P&L, cash flow, and performance summaries.
  • Coordinate with accounting, operations, and management for proper financial documentation and forecasting.
  • Ensure compliance with company financial policies and government requirements.
  • Identify areas for cost optimization and operational improvement.

Qualifications

  • At least 3–5 years of experience in importation logistics, supply chain, or finance-related roles.
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills, with high attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets; experience with ERP or accounting systems preferred.
  • Excellent communication and reporting skills.
