Responsible for keeping the accuracy of all the materials information.

  1. Ensure accuracy, timeliness and completeness of item code encoding in Sertica based on agreed parameters and naming convention
  2. Standardize the item description and item catalog
  3. Secure, manage and properly safekeep all item code documents (physical and digital) (e.g. pictures, item code, description, price)
  4. Regular download and review of all Open Place Order (PO/TO) for goods available in any of the warehouses for transfer to requesting site
  5. Monitor and Regularly update Open PO/TO as basis for transfer to requesting sites

Responsible for keeping the standard stock and inventory in the warehouse

  1. Ensure availability of all Logistics requirement (ie office supplies, equipment, materials, etc)
  2. Track and record all inventory transactions

Collaborating with different stakeholders and planning the cost efficient and effective delivery routes.

  1. Collaborate with Warehouse and Transport to ensure quantity and quality shipments are accurate, resolve transfer deliveries issues
  2. Develop and optimize routes to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of goods

Responsible in reviewing, improving and maintaining and implementing logistics processes and procedures

  1. Review and improve the logistics procedures.
  2. Adhere to the internal and external logistics regulations and adopt it to PSACC.
  3. Identify the opportunity to improve the processes and efficiency enhancement.

Qualifications:

  • At least 1 to 3 years experience as logistics associate
  • Understanding of supply chain processes, transportation, and distribution.
  • Ability to manage and optimize inventory levels to meet demand while minimizing carrying costs.
  • Knowledge of shipping and receiving processes, including proper documentation and coordination with carriers.
  • Skills in organizing and maintaining warehouse operations, optimizing storage space, and implementing efficient workflows.
  • Accurate record-keeping and documentation skills for tracking shipments, inventory, and other logistics activities.
  • Collaborative mindset to work effectively with others in a fast-paced environment
