About the Role:
We're seeking a highly capable HR Business Partner - Recruitment to join our growing construction company. In this role, you will act as a strategic partner to our operations teams, with a strong focus on talent acquisition. You'll help build high-performing teams by leading recruitment initiatives, while also supporting broader HR functions such as employee relations, workforce planning, and performance management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end recruitment for various levels, from skilled workers to technical and managerial roles
- Collaborate with department heads to forecast hiring needs and develop recruitment strategies
- Ensure smooth onboarding and offboarding processes
- Provide guidance and support on HR policies, employee concerns, and performance management
- Help drive employee engagement, team development, and compliance with labor regulations
- Juggle multiple HR priorities with efficiency and professionalism in a dynamic work environment
Ideal Candidate Profile:
Proven track record in high-volume recruitment, preferably in the construction or engineering sector
Strong interpersonal skills with the confidence to deal with stakeholders at all levels
Able to manage competing demands and tight deadlines without losing focus
Resourceful, assertive, and solutions-oriented
Willing to work onsite in Pasay City on hybrid work arrangement (4 days onsite, 1 day WFH)
Minimum 5 years of solid HR experience, including recruitment, HR operations, and business partnering
