What You'll Do

  • Answer calls with warmth, confidence, and professionalism.

  • Book jobs quickly, especially during urgent or emergency situations.
  • Adjust your communication style to match the caller's tone and emotions.
  • Stay familiar with postcodes and geographic cues to sound natural and local.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and escalate when needed.
  • Join training sessions to refine your skills and grow in the role.
