BACKGROUND REQUIREMENTS

● Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communication, or any related course

● Experience in Customer Service or E-Commerce is an advantage

● Knowledge of digital marketing, social media management, or online sales operations is an advantage

● Familiarity with CRM tools, order management systems, or online marketplaces (e.g., Lazada, Shopee, Shopify) is a plus.

SKILLS REQUIREMENTS

● Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

● Fluent in English and Filipino

● Digitally savvy, with familiarity in e-commerce platforms and online communication tools

● Strong organizational and multitasking skills

● Detail-oriented and able to maintain accuracy in documentation and reporting

● Proficient in responding to customer inquiries through various online channels (e.g., email, social media, website chat, messaging apps)

● Demonstrates patience, empathy, and professionalism in customer interactions

● Able to follow instructions accurately and work both independently and within a team environment
