We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team in Tarlac. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients in the wireless and mobile communications industry. With a strong focus on delivering high-quality service, you will work closely with customers to resolve inquiries, process transactions, and ensure a positive customer experience.

What you'll be doing

  1. Answering inbound calls from customers and responding to their inquiries and concerns
  2. Assisting customers with product and service information, troubleshooting, and problem resolution
  3. Accurately documenting customer interactions and maintaining detailed records
  4. Identifying opportunities to cross-sell and upsell products and services to customers
  5. Escalating complex issues to the appropriate team or supervisor as needed
  6. Adhering to company policies, procedures, and service-level agreements
  7. Continuously looking for ways to improve the customer experience and enhance operational efficiency

What we're looking for

  1. Finished at least 2 years in college (or High School Graduate + relevant work experience)
  2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with customers in a professional and empathetic manner
  3. Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with the ability to quickly identify and resolve customer issues
  4. Familiarity with computer systems
  5. Flexible and adaptable, with the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  6. A commitment to providing exceptional customer service and a genuine desire to help others
