
Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team in Tarlac. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients in the wireless and mobile communications industry. With a strong focus on delivering high-quality service, you will work closely with customers to resolve inquiries, process transactions, and ensure a positive customer experience.
What you'll be doing
- Answering inbound calls from customers and responding to their inquiries and concerns
- Assisting customers with product and service information, troubleshooting, and problem resolution
- Accurately documenting customer interactions and maintaining detailed records
- Identifying opportunities to cross-sell and upsell products and services to customers
- Escalating complex issues to the appropriate team or supervisor as needed
- Adhering to company policies, procedures, and service-level agreements
- Continuously looking for ways to improve the customer experience and enhance operational efficiency
What we're looking for
- Finished at least 2 years in college (or High School Graduate + relevant work experience)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with customers in a professional and empathetic manner
- Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with the ability to quickly identify and resolve customer issues
- Familiarity with computer systems
- Flexible and adaptable, with the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- A commitment to providing exceptional customer service and a genuine desire to help others
