HIRING: Lead Associate – Process Training (USRN)

Location: Work From Home (WFH)

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Associate – Process Training to support our USRN Healthcare account. The ideal candidate will have strong training experience, excellent facilitation skills, and solid knowledge of the US Healthcare vertical.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work with Operations, Training, and Quality teams to identify performance gaps from a training perspective.
  • Analyze performance gaps and provide recommendations to meet target metrics.
  • Conduct content research, create outlines, develop training materials, and establish knowledge assessments.
  • Deliver and facilitate training programs for PHRNs and USRNs.
  • Implement training governance and provide floor support, including communication coaching for all employees and leadership.
  • Develop supplementary activities or modules to enhance existing programs.
  • Apply adult learning principles to design effective training interventions.
  • Gather operational data to measure training program effectiveness.
  • Prepare training reports, including effectiveness measures, completion reports, and analyses.
  • Review training effectiveness scores and propose improvement initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a Training Specialist handling a USRN Healthcare account.
  • BS Nursing graduate, licensed PHRN, and US-Licensed Registered Nurse with a current and unrestricted license to practice in at least one US state.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Computer proficiency with working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
  • Ability to work independently with sound judgment.
  • Quick learner, able to multi-task, problem solve, and maintain confidentiality.
  • Strong time management, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Solid knowledge and experience in the US Healthcare vertical.
  • At least 1 year of training delivery experience preferred, with strong facilitation skills for virtual training.
  • Knowledge and experience in training effectiveness measures.
