Retail Training Associate
who will lead our training initiatives, from onboarding new hires to upskilling tenured staff, ensuring every team member is equipped to deliver the signature Sunnies experience.

What you'll do

  • Facilitate onboarding training for all new hires and refresher programs for tenured staff.
  • Develop assessments to build skills, boost sales, and enhance customer experience.
  • Create and update FAQs, manage organizational knowledge, and roll out training resources across stores.
  • Conduct follow-up studies to evaluate training effectiveness and adjust programs as needed.
  • Coach new hires, helping them identify opportunities and create action plans.
  • Exemplify Sunnies' culture and values in all training activities.
  • Collaborate with management and operations to monitor the 30–60–90 day performance of trainees.
  • Conduct upskilling sessions to address opportunities and support career growth.

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor's degree in HR Management, Business Administration, Commerce, or equivalent.
  • 1–3 years' experience in training & development or equivalent.
  • Strong presentation and communication skills — able to engage both small and large groups.
  • Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and multitasking skills.
  • Proactive mindset with the ability to handle multiple priorities.
