Who We're Looking For

  • USRN
    with active and unrestricted license
  • Minimum
    3 years clinical experience
    , including
    2 years in Training & Quality
    in a BPO managing multiple accounts
  • Expertise in
    UM core functions, URAC accreditation, and conversion programs

What You'll Do

  • Be the
    primary point of contact
    for clients and Concentrix leadership on Training & Quality initiatives
  • Develop and oversee
    training programs, quality assurance, and performance governance
  • Lead USRN academies, conversion programs, and tech-driven process improvements
