Job Purpose:

The Business Excellence Process Specialist is responsible for implementing processes and improvements for AyalaMalls, ensuring that business excellence strategies are met with precision and efficiency. The role will support multiple core mall functions in AyalaMalls such as Leasing, Asset Management, and other enabling teams.

Job Responsibilities:

· Ensure Project Execution: Implement and manage business excellence initiatives across various departments. Ensure projects are executed efficiently and with quality, meeting predefined objectives and deadlines.

· Promote Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement solutions that enhance operational effectiveness. Work closely with teams to promote a culture of continuous improvement and forward thinking.

· Apply Analytical Problem-Solving: Utilize critical thinking and data analysis to identify root causes of issues and develop actionable solutions.

· Drive Change Implementation: Practice change management efforts by actively participating in the transition processes. Engage with stakeholders to ensure the successful and long-term adoption of new practices and systems.

· Facilitate Collaboration and Communication: Facilitate open communication and collaboration between teams to ensure seamless execution of business excellence initiatives. Share best practices and encourage knowledge sharing within the organization.

· Effectively Manage Data: Collect, manage, and analyze data to inform decision-making processes and support continuous improvement and change efforts.

· Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and present regular reports on business performance metrics and improvement initiatives to senior leadership.

Qualifications:

· Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.

· Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in business transformation, process improvement, or related roles.

· Proven track record of participating in business transformation initiatives and achieving measurable results.

· Strong understanding of continuous improvement methodologies such as Six Sigma, or similar frameworks.

· Strong aptitude for identifying issues, developing solutions, and implementing changes effectively in a dynamic environment.

· Capability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring on-time and on-budget execution, with quality.
