The HR Business Partner is the first and last touch point in the employee engagement lifecycle. Ensures to maintain acceptable happy index by providing excellent services in the areas of Labor Relations and Employee Engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Labor Relations
  • Ensures that all HR processes complies with BPOI Policies and DOLE regulations.
  • Responsible in monitoring active labor cases to eliminate time lapses and labor disputes.
  • Assists separated employees in adhering to post-employment requirements such as but not limited to clearance and exit interview.
  • Employee Engagement
  • Conceptualizes and executes employee activities such as parties, outings, FGDs, Brown Bag sessions, etc.
  • Serves as a "person to ask" in all human resources policies and procedures.
  • Authors policies and procedures that are aligned with the values of BPOI and its employees.
  • CHR's SPOC in all enterprise BCP/DRP initiatives.
  • Weekly: Manpower Report (including New Hire, Attrition & Movement)
  • Weekly: Employee Discipline Tracker
  • Regularization: Reminder, Supporting Documents Review and Validation, Regularization Document Preparation and Routing
  • Employee Movement: Supporting Documents Review and Validation, Employee Movement Document Preparation and Routing
  • Employee Discipline: Issuance of NTE, Validation of evidences, Preparation & Routing of NDA
  • Employee Verification: Active & Interactive Employees
  • Complies with all the standards set by BPOI for its employees and that of specific to the role
  • Reports irregularities, both perceived and actual to proper authorities
  • Initiate improvements
  • Maintains personal discipline that would not compromise the integrity of Corporate Human Resources and BPOI as a whole
  • Accepts fiscal responsibility across all engagement

Baseline Qualifications:

  • Graduate of any 4 year business course
  • Degree or Diploma in Human Resources Management/ Degree or Diploma in Psychology
  • At least 3-5 years work experience in the field of HR
  • Labor Relations Practitioner
  • Event Management
  • Specialized in BPO set up
  • Amenable to work onsite (Makati area)
  • Can start Immediately

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php35, Php50,000.00 per month
