Telesales Agent

About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Telesales Agent to join our growing team in the solar energy industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in telesales, excellent communication skills, and proven experience using CRM systems to manage leads and customer interactions. This role is office-based in Makati City.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound sales calls to potential customers to promote solar energy solutions.
- Qualify leads, build rapport, and generate interest in solar energy products and services.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of all customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Follow up on warm leads and convert inquiries into successful sales opportunities.
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
- Provide product knowledge, pricing, and benefits of solar energy solutions to customers.
- Collaborate with the sales team and management to optimize telesales strategies.
Qualifications
- At least 2 years of telesales experience, preferably in renewable energy, utilities, or related industries.
- Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, or similar).
- Excellent communication and persuasion skills (both verbal and written).
- Ability to handle objections professionally and close sales effectively.
- Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work under pressure.
- Willing to work onsite in Makati City.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php20, Php25,000.00 per month
