We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team who's passionate about helping people and providing excellent support to clients. The role involves assisting clients with inquiries related to their cases, providing updates, and ensuring a smooth and professional client experience. As part of our client services team, you'll be the first point of contact for individuals seeking legal assistance — providing guidance, assisting clients with inquiries related to their cases, providing updates, and ensuring a smooth and professional client experience while maintaining confidentiality and accuracy in every interaction

Location: Portal West Building – Dumaguete.

This position is OFFICE-BASED.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle incoming client inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
  • Coordinate with legal teams to relay case updates and client concerns.
  • Schedule consultations and coordinate follow-ups with attorneys or case managers.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed client records and ensure all interactions are documented properly
  • Uphold a high level of professionalism, empathy, and confidentiality at all times.
  • Update clients on the status of their cases and relay information between clients and the legal team
  • Support administrative and client service functions as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • High attention to detail and commitment to client satisfaction.
  • Prior Customer Service experience is required
  • Prior experience in a legal, financial, or professional services setting is an advantage but not required
  • Basic understanding of legal service or procedures or willingness to learn
  • Organized, reliable, and able to handle confidential information with discretion.
