As part of our client services team, you'll be the first point of contact for individuals seeking legal assistance — providing guidance, assisting clients with inquiries related to their cases, providing updates, and ensuring a smooth and professional client experience while maintaining confidentiality and accuracy in every interaction
Location: Portal West Building – Dumaguete.
This position is OFFICE-BASED.
Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming client inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
- Coordinate with legal teams to relay case updates and client concerns.
- Schedule consultations and coordinate follow-ups with attorneys or case managers.
- Maintain accurate and detailed client records and ensure all interactions are documented properly
- Uphold a high level of professionalism, empathy, and confidentiality at all times.
- Update clients on the status of their cases and relay information between clients and the legal team
- Support administrative and client service functions as needed.
Qualifications:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- High attention to detail and commitment to client satisfaction.
- Prior Customer Service experience is required
- Prior experience in a legal, financial, or professional services setting is an advantage but not required
- Basic understanding of legal service or procedures or willingness to learn
- Organized, reliable, and able to handle confidential information with discretion.
