AB Group is looking for a Customer Relations & Social Media Specialist to join our team in Dumaguete City. This is a full-time, on-site role that combines high-touch customer service with social media and digital engagement across our brands: AB Health & Fitness, AB First Aid, and Foodie Fam.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional, personalised experiences to all customers via calls, emails, and CRM
  • Create engaging social media content and manage digital platforms
  • Support executive/admin tasks including calendar management and meeting participation
  • Maintain accurate records and reports in company systems
  • Collaborate across multiple brands and projects as required
  • Participate in purpose-driven initiatives, such as The Big S'Cool Walk charity

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3–5 years experience in customer service, corporate support, or social media
  • Tech-savvy: GoHighLevel, Google Workspace, Canva, Meta (or similar platforms)
  • Loves connecting with people, both in-person and online
  • Proactive, organised, and able to juggle multiple priorities
