Sales & Customer Service Operator

Onsite – Tanjay City and Dumaguete City | Day Shift | Full-Time

About the Role:

Voyager Tennis is seeking a proactive and customer-focused Sales & Customer Service Operator to join our growing team. In this role, you'll play a vital part in driving revenue and delivering exceptional service across all Voyager Tennis locations. You'll handle customer inquiries, promote our tennis programs, convert leads into bookings, and build strong, lasting relationships with our community.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Promote coaching programs, court hire, trials, and equipment sales to drive revenue growth.
  • Respond to customer inquiries via email, phone, and text in a timely and professional manner.
  • Convert leads into bookings and upsell/cross-sell services based on customer needs.
  • Manage customer records and interactions using CRM tools (Sportlogic/InTennis).
  • Follow up on pending inquiries to maximize conversion and retention.
  • Maintain accurate invoicing, registration updates, and attendance records.
  • Resolve customer issues effectively, in collaboration with the Head of Marketing, Sales & Customer Experience.
  • Represent Voyager's values of excellence, integrity, and fun in every customer interaction.

What We're Looking For:

  • Proven experience in sales, customer service, or business development.
  • Excellent communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong multitasking and time management abilities in a fast-paced setting.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems is a plus.
  • Passion for sports, tennis, or an active lifestyle is desirable.
