Job Summary:

The PLM Field Coordinator plays a vital role in maintaining strong relationships with partner outlets and ensuring smooth HR operations at the store level. This position involves regular field visits to assigned or problematic outlets to engage with store HR personnel, collaborate with store supervisors and managers, and strengthen rapport with store management teams. The role requires proactive problem-solving, consistent communication, and fostering a professional partnership between the company and its retail partners.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct regular field visits to assigned outlets, assist applicants during intro with focus on branches flagged for HR-related issues or requiring immediate attention.

Engage with store HR personnel to align on policies, resolve concerns, and promote HR best practices.

Build and maintain professional relationships with store managers and supervisors to ensure ongoing collaboration and operational harmony.

Serve as a liaison between the company and partner stores to address employee concerns, performance issues, or any store-level HR conflicts.

Provide reports and feedback to the HR Manager regarding store conditions, employee concerns, and progress made during visits.

Assist in on-ground investigations, if necessary, in coordination with the main HR team and coordinates with Fmases and Managers.

Recommend and support initiatives to improve employee engagement and store compliance with HR standards.

Promote a positive image of the company through professionalism, responsiveness, and people-focused service.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.

  • At least 1-2 years of experience in field HR, employee relations, or similar role.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills; confident in dealing with different types of store personnel.
  • Ability to handle pressure and resolve conflicts in a diplomatic manner.
  • Willingness to travel and be assigned to different store locations as needed.
